Yes. We review what is worth keeping, your existing content and URLs, and what needs improving. Substantial migration or additional functionality is quoted separately.

Your business information, services, logo if you have one, photos you can use, initial copy, and one person to provide consolidated feedback. We include light copy editing in the Business package.

A small business website will typically be planned over a few weeks. Your actual schedule is agreed after scope review and depends on content, feedback and any integrations.

No. Website projects are one-time purchases. Care, SEO and social content are optional services. Domain, hosting and any third-party subscriptions still need to be maintained.

After final payment, we hand over the agreed website files and access. Domains and third-party accounts should be in your name. Any licensed fonts, images or tools remain subject to their license terms.

No. We improve the factors we can work on and report what changes. Search positions, traffic and enquiries depend on competition, demand and many factors outside our control.

Website packages include two rounds. Social content includes one consolidated monthly revision round. New requirements outside the agreed scope are quoted before we work on them.
